This policy covers t-nex.in — the T-NEX company website. It does not cover our products, which handle far more sensitive information and carry their own policies. If you are a patient or provider using healint, the policy that applies to you is published at thehealint.com.

Only what you send us. There is no account system on this site and no advertising or tracking network embedded in it.

• What you type into the contact form: your name, email, and optionally a mobile number and organisation, along with the topic and message.
• Basic technical information our host records to serve and secure the site — request time, approximate region, browser and referring page.
• Your theme preference, stored in your own browser. It never reaches us.

• To read your message and reply to it.
• To keep a record of who has contacted us and about what, so a conversation is not restarted from zero.
• To keep the site available and secure.

We do not sell what you send us, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Contact submissions are stored in a managed MongoDB database, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access restricted to the people at T-NEX who answer enquiries.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Our host processes requests on our instructions and does not use the content for its own purposes.

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation may reasonably continue, and review them periodically. If you ask us to delete your message, we will — subject to anything we are legally required to retain.

• Ask for a copy of what you have sent us.
• Ask us to correct something.
• Ask us to delete your message and contact details.

Write to us and we will verify who you are before acting on the request.

If we change how we handle what you send us in a way that materially affects you, we will say so here rather than quietly editing the page.
